Since our inception in 1979, T.L. Printz Constructors has strived to become a leader in the Industry.
Specializing in Design/Build at risk, and conventional Design/Build project delivery systems, as well as conventional hard bid projects.
T.L. Printz Constructors currently is a mid-sized Commercial – Industrial Contractor. We are licensed in ten jurisdictions, including New Mexico, and have built projects as far away as Corpus Christi, Texas.
We are a LEED Certified builder, having built the first “Gold” Certified Commercial Medical Building in Southern Colorado.
Our Parent Company since 1989 is “Printz Service Corporation”, registered in the State of Colorado.
